"Does Turbulence Training Really Work Or Is It Just A Bunch Of B.S.?"
I first heard about Turbulence Training in an article running in Mens Health. I am skeptical about most of these workout routines, but usually will give something a shot if a magazine has given it a decent review (adds some credit in my opinion). I have always been somewhat of a muscle gym guy, but lately my body has been suffering at the hand of a boss who demands that I put in extra hours. I know I should draw the line eventually, but hey the money is good, and there's plenty of time to have fun later (plus I enjoy my job). I can only be pushed so far however, so when I notice a little pudge forming on my 34 inch waist I knew enough was enough, and it was time for action. That's when I encountered Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training... What initially drew me to the idea of Turbulence Training was the idea of shorter more intense workouts. Previously I could easily spend a few hours in the gym, especially on my anaerobic days. Cardio days were always pretty short, because there's only so much cardio you can do; but that was still only three days a week leaving me with three other days filled with long grueling workouts. Granted I do really enjoy the gym, and there are few better ways to spend an afternoon then in an intense workout; unfortunately I just no longer had the time. Anyway, I was starting to look for answers to my (literally) growing waistline problem. Turbulence Training was not the first exercise routine that I had tried, in fact it was pretty close to the end of my list. I started out with the more traditional Pilate's and power yoga; basically anything that I had ever heard any hype about. These are all good workouts, but they weren't nearly intense enough for my needs. I consider myself somewhat of a power workout guy, so I needed something equally as intense. However as the weeks came and went and my waistline grew along with my desperation. I decided to try gimmicky solutions that seemed too good to be true. As I said before Turbulence Training was not my first choice, because among the more gimmicky sounding programs Turbulence Training sounded legitimate. However after burning through far too much money and free time I decided to give Turbulence Training a shot as the last straw. It was like night and day. Whereas everything else provided a good workout.. Turbulence Training provided an excellent workout. It's not the exercises in particular, but more the style in which you do them. These short spurts of energy, and the high intensity seemed custom tailored to my lack of free time. As I understand it the intensity and shortness of the workouts combine in a way that shocks your muscles into doing more work than they would normally be doing otherwise. At the end of a workout, I am pretty damn tired. My physique is not yet what used to be, but it is slowly and surely on its way back. I have no doubt that Turbulence Training along with my low-carb diet has helped make up the difference between my old crazy workout routines, and my new somewhat sedate self. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to a point in my life where I can spend hours at the gym again, as I really enjoyed it has a method for relaxing and blowing off some steam. Until then however I am more than happy with my Turbulence Training program and the great results it has provided me. Click Here To Secure Your Own Copy Of Turbulence Training Now!
